Past Due Accounts
Overdue accounts will be charged a 1.5% monthly service until paid in full.
- Discounts and dating are subject to change without notice if customer has late payments.
- Accounts 30+ days past due will be placed on shipping hold until account is up to date.
- Accounts 60+ days past due will lose any future privileges and open orders.
- Accounts 90+ days past due will be sent to collections.
Returns and Product Warranty
- All merchandise being returned to our warehouse must have a Return Authorization number from S. L.

- All packages must have RA# on outside of box and all items must be free of store tags and price markings.
Advertising and selling of S.L. Revival Co. products via the internet is allowed only on customers direct
domain site. All advertising and selling of S.L. Revival Co. products on third-party websites such as Amazon,
Etsy, E-Bay, Shopify or any other will NOT be permitted. Unauthorized advertising and selling of S.L. Revival
Co. products will be seen as a violation of terms and conditions of sale and may result in non-shipment or
termination of retailer’s business with S.L. Revival Co.
- Preseason orders require a 30 day ship window.
- Credit Card terms are charged upon shipping and must have CC on file prior to ship date.
- All in season orders are credit card terms, unless account is already approved, and subject to availability.
- All orders are subject to credit approval.
- All accounts must have a S.L. Revival Co. Dealer Application on file.
- Adjustments to pre-season orders must be made 15 days prior to ship date.
- Discounts and dating will be lost for order reductions greater than 20% of preseason total.
- Non-defective returned merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Cannot be combined with any other program or discount.
Shipping during the preseason is a busy time. To ensure on time delivery for our customers we prepare orders in advance. To help us meet the objective of shipping orders on time we request:
- A shipping window of at least 30 days on all orders.
- Changes to any At Once order must be made 10 days prior to ship.
- Changes to any preseason order must be made 30 days prior to ship. All change requests must be made
in writing to email@example.com.
- Call-before-ship requests cannot be guaranteed.
- Any preseason order may ship up to 7 days before requested date.
S.L. Revival Co. may immediately terminate retailer’s ability, if any, to purchase goods on credit or otherwise
at any time at S.L. Revival Co. sole discretion.
- Retailer is authorized to sell only at retail locations listed on this form and/or specified in writing.
- Retailers may not sell or otherwise transfer or transship S.L. Revival Co. goods to another retailer, etailer,
distributor or broker.
- Retailers may not purchase S.L. Revival Co. products from any other source or directly or indirectly sell or
offer to sell S.L. Revival Co. products on behalf of, or for the account of, any other party.
Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy
S.L. Revival Co. has established a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy for all products sold by S.L. Revival
Co. Dealers may not publicly advertise S.L. Revival Co products at prices below Manufacturer’s Suggested
Retail Price (MSRP). S.L. Revival Co. reserves the right to respond appropriately to any dealer whose
advertising of the product (or any distributor who sells to a dealer who is advertising the product) contains a
lower than the MSRP set forth in the current S.L. Revival Co. Price List as MSRP.
This policy applies to all forms of dealer advertising including mailings, catalogs, displays at consumer
exhibitions and shows, as well as any and all other forms of advertising media including, without limitation,
the internet and any other electronic network. Any price information relating to S.L. Revival Co. products on
an internet website, which can be accessed directly through any transfer protocol (http), is considered to be
advertising for purposes of this policy. Electronic mail sent in direct response to a customer inquiry is not
considered to be advertising.
This policy only concerns advertising prices and does not relate to actual sale prices of any item. Each retailer
remains free to set its actual resale price for S.L. Revival products. Accordingly, this MAP Policy does not
apply to any point-of-sale signage, stickers, hangtags, barcodes or similar in-store markings on products that
merely state the retail prices at which S.L. Revival Co. products may be purchased. Furthermore, this policy
applies equally to all S.L. Revival Co. distributors and dealers.
The foregoing is a statement of S.L. Revival Co.’s unilateral policy and expresses the terms upon which we will
deal with our customers. This policy may be modified by S.L. Revival Co. at any given time. S.L. Revival Co.
does not seek, nor will it accept, any agreement or understanding with anyone in respect to the prices that
may be advertised or charged at any time.
